See All ReviewsI have no idea why this place closed down, the food here was so great in taste! Their Idli Sambhar and dosas were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS AND FULFILLING! I visited it almost every weekend. Owner, please if you're reading this, we want you to reopen!!🙏🥺
Tried the Masala Dosa here, and it was honestly amazing! The dosa was crispy and flavorful, and the potato filling tasted just like the authentic ones back in India. Both chutneys, the coconut and the orange garlic chutneys were really good, and the sambar was so tasty that you could enjoy it on its own. I went in the morning, so it wasn’t crowded, but usually, this place gets pretty busy, and parking can be tricky during lunch or dinner. Overall, great taste and a perfect spot for real South Indian dosa lovers!
I stopped by Dosa House NJ — the food was really good, no complaints there. But the atmosphere was chaotic and far from pleasant. For the price, I expected a cleaner and more comfortable setup. The staff need to be more mindful of how they talk among themselves — the loud conversations and foul language really take away from the experience. Also, $2 for chutney feels a bit much. If things stay the same, I can see the crowd and traffic going down over time. Great food, but the overall environment seriously needs improvement.
